The House of Commons Commission meets monthly to decide weighty matters relating to the administration of the House of Commons. At its April 2012 meeting, it was decided that catering staff should be given training on how to refuse to serve customers already under the influence, presumably to prevent further fisticuffs between inebriated politicians.
